🔹 Prep (Grades 4–5)
Build the Basics. Develop Confidence. Have Fun.
Prep is a high-energy introduction to sports performance training for younger athletes. This program focuses on improving coordination, balance, body control, and foundational strength in a supportive and fun environment. Athletes will learn how to move well and build confidence while preparing for more advanced training in the future.
🔹 Foundations (Middle School: Grades 6–8)
Train Smart. Move Better. Get Stronger.
Foundations is designed to help middle school athletes develop proper movement patterns, strength, speed, and athletic coordination. This program emphasizes long-term athletic development and injury prevention, helping athletes gain the physical tools and confidence they need to excel in any sport.
🔹 Varsity (High School: Grades 9–12)
Push Limits. Maximize Performance. Stay Game-Ready.
Varsity is built for competitive high school athletes who are ready to train with intent and intensity. This program focuses on advanced strength development, speed and agility, explosive power, and sport-specific conditioning to help athletes perform at their highest level during the season and off it.
