LIFT SPORTS PERFORMANCE is an Athletic Development Program designed for young athletes. we take athletes with raw talent and develop their fundamentals to help them excel across all sports in which they compete.

LEARN TO TRAIN

FOUNDATION PHASE

Designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. Drills and applications are used to teach skills, while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort. Athletes should come away from this program with improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training.

TRAINING OPTIONS

1 or 2 or 3 sessions/ week

INTRODUCTION AND AWARENESS PHASE

Designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in fun & positive training environment. We focus on increasing movement awareness, coordination, speed & agility. This sets up a solid athletic foundation & establishes the building blocks of superior athleticism.

GAME TIME PHASE

You have to stand out from the crowd so you can't do what everyone else is doing. Metrics on the field performance are important when competing for starting positions and scholarships. In this program we focus on speed, strength, stamina, bio-mechanics, and preparation for the next stage of your career.

TRAINING OPTIONS

TRANSITION PHASE

This program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural changes of an athlete's body. We focus on changes direction, acceleration, and power training. We work on developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.
