Service Description

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING revolves around functional lifts such as squats, lunges, presses, and pullups to increase strength, build muscle, and torch body fat. These full-body strength training sessions are designed in a circuit format, and you will use weights that are challenging for the designated number of reps. This workout will jack up your metabolism and increase your caloric burn for hours after it's over. Proper form is emphasized throughout the class. ALL levels are welcome! Our group sessions are restricted to a maximum of 10 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalized experience.
