Get ready to elevate your game this winter!

Our high school strength training program is designed to build powerful athletes, focusing on lower body strength, speed, and conditioning.

Join us for a season of intense, targeted training that will boost your performance, keep you resilient, and help you stay in top form.

Small group sessions (4-6 athletes) ensure personalized coaching, sessions will be held;

Mondays: 3PM

Tuesdays: 7PM​

Thursdays: 3PM, 7PM

Friday: 3PM

HS 1 DAY PROGRAM

HS 2 DAY PROGRAM

HS 3 DAY PROGRAM

Program Details:

• Start Date: Week of November 18, 2024

• End Date: March 7, 2025

      * Christmas Week Off

      * February Break Off

• Location: LIFT PERFORMANCE, 28 Concord Xing, Concord, MA

• Program Options:

• 1-Day Pack - $350

• 2-Day Pack - $650

• 3-Day Pack - $850

 

You’ll have the flexibility to choose which days you attend each week, based on your selected pack.

Weekly Schedule: Sessions are available on

Mondays: 3PM

Tuesdays: 7PM

Thursdays: 3PM, 7PM

Friday: 3PM

Each session will focus on enhancing lower body strength, improving speed, and building overall conditioning to support a well-rounded athletic foundation.

What to Expect: • A supportive, small-group environment with personalized coaching (4-6 athletes per group) • A program tailored to push you to new levels of strength and resilience • High-quality instruction in technique, performance, and injury prevention

1. Mark Your Calendar - Our program kicks off the week of November 18. 

2. Prepare Your Gear - Wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle, and be ready to work hard!

3. Health & Waivers - If you haven’t already, please complete any outstanding health or waiver forms.
